Do you require a deposit?

We do not require a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due in full 7 days prior to the
date of service.

What is your cancellation policy?

A cancellation request is required on all vehicles and must be made at least 7 days in advance of
the scheduled event. Any cancellations received within 7 days of events are non-refundable.

Do you travel long distance with your buses?

Yes, we have 3 different sized buses that travel throughout the U.S. and Canada: 33 passengers
mini coach, 41 passenger mid-size coach, and 57 passenger full-size coach. Each of these buses
are equipped with a lavatory.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, as well as these major credit cards(Visa, Master Card, American
Express).

When going on an overnight trip, who is responsible for finding a hotel room for the driver?

The group chartering service is responsible for the hotel room for the driver.

Is alcohol allowed on the buses?

Alcohol is allowed with prior permission. A $250 deposit per bus is required to allow alcohol
beverages aboard the bus and as a deposit for any possible damage. Deposit is refundable if
vehicle is returned in the same condition delivered.

Is driver gratuity included in the price?

No, driver gratuity is not included in the price. Driver's gratuity is at client's discretion.
